Healings at a lecture

You have truly touched me with joy and love during your visit to Lakeland! Each of your talks lifted me up from some of the "storms" I have seemed to be caught up in.

I especially loved hearing about the "machete" and the "helicopter" way of praying. With some of these problems that seem to be a burden, I think I need the "helicopter" way and just let Divine Love lift me up above the mists.

I experienced several healings right before and during your talks. The first was a healing of fear and abnormal bleeding the day before the lecture prep meeting; another was a healing of dizziness shortly before leaving with a friend for the Saturday lecture; and the third was a healing of what appeared to be some kind of heart problem early Monday morning, the day of the fourth lecture.

When these problems seemed to occur, I did call a practitioner for support and am very grateful to God for quick healings in each case. Even more importantly, I'm grateful for growing spiritually, feeling closer to God, and for being protected and kept safe in Divine Love.

Headache healed

I forgot to mention that I did have a healing of a migraine type headache during the day on Friday. This time I did not call a practitioner but worked on what my true substance was and that God did not make pain or disease--the headache lifted within a fairly short time and I was able to attend the Friday evening talk which was so uplifting!

God does speak to us

I came to your lecture "God is Speaking to You" in Port Charlotte. It was very inspiring. Since that day I've been trying to do a better job at listening when God is speaking to me and obeying. I have an example:

My friend who was one of the others with me at the lecture called this morning to say she got home to Vancouver and found her swipe card that let's her in her building was missing. To lose a card also means a $50 fine so she asked if she left it here. I checked where she told me but no card. I checked all the drawers in the dresser and under the bed. I told her I would keep an eye out. A bit later I was putting things away in the closet in her room so I looked around again...no card. I thought I would check the dresser drawers again even though they were all empty and I looked pretty thoroughly the first time. I pulled out 1 of the 7 drawers and no card.

Just then it was as though a voice said...take the drawer out of the track. I just did it without thinking about it. I pulled the drawer as far as possible and lifted it out of the track. The card was between that drawer and the dust cover of the next drawer down. It may have been in there for years to come. I credit you and your wonderful lecture for making me more aware of the importance of listening and obeying.
